Your events
Open an event to manage its guests, cards or reports.

Fill in the details, upload a poster, then position the guest name on it.

Cards & QR

Manual check-in for guests without a QR code or phone.
Team access
Give a colleague access to the selected event. They create an account with the email below. A door staff member only sees the Check-in page. A treasurer only sees Contributions (can add and edit payments and expenses, but cannot delete or see guests). A co-host (the event's host) can manage everything for this one event — guests, cards, messaging, check-in, contributions — but cannot delete the event, delete payment records or add team members. A co-host must register with a new email that does not already own events.
Messaging
Send invitations to all your guests at once by WhatsApp or SMS.

Messages are sent automatically when WhatsApp Business is connected; otherwise WhatsApp opens on your phone for each guest.
Sent through the SMS gateway; if it is not connected, your phone's SMS app opens for each guest.
One day before the event, guests who have not replied are reminded automatically (when automatic WhatsApp/SMS sending is connected).
Seating plan
Drag guests onto tables (or tap a guest, then tap a table). Changes are saved instantly.
Event photos
Upload photos from the event, share them with your guests and send a thank-you message.
Guest messages
Blessings and congratulations your guests leave when they answer their invitation.
Contributions
Track what each person pledged, what they have paid and what they still owe.
Add a contributor
Record who pledged and how much. If they already paid something, enter it too.
Contributors
Pledged, paid and balance for every person.
Budget & expenses
Record what was spent. It is subtracted from the money collected, and appears in the report.
